Payments
Payment Terms: Payment for our services must be made in Advance. The client will get an invoice with acknowledgment within 24 hours of the payment being made.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, Debit Card, UPI, or any other payment method specified on the portal. All transactions must be in the Indian Currency.
Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep all information exchanged during the services confidential unless required by law. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, financial data, and client details.
Liability Sahil Consultancy shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to the liability.
Governing Law Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the Himatnagar Jurisdiction.
