Ration Card - Deletion of Name

Eligibility Criteria:
- Holders of a valid ration card.
Required Documents:
- Proof of Identity
- Proof of Death/Marriage Certificate of the member to be removed
- Existing Ration Card
Process:
- Fill out the deletion of name application form.
- Submit the form with the required documents.
- Receive your updated ration card.
