- Holders of a valid ration card.
Required Documents:
- Proof of Identity
- Proof of Birth/Marriage Certificate of the new member
- Existing Ration Card
Process:
- Fill out the addition of name application form.
- Submit the form with the required documents.
- Receive your updated ration card
